What we need to do is to strengthen the links in our chain. This must be done by controlling what goes into our bodies. We need to reduce the pollution that enters our bodies, and we have to feed our cells with nutritious foods and water in order for our body’s immune system to work more effectively. We also need to “use it or lose it”. We are meant to be active and therefore in order to be healthy we need to exercise.

None of this should come at a surprise.

Cancer isn’t really a disease, it is more like a dysfunction. Our bodies are made up of millions of cells and each of these cells perform very specific functions. One of the functions that all cells perform is to duplicate itself and then die. Cancer occurs when a cell misbehaves and do not die (fast enough). Cells begin to duplicate uncontrollably and the immune system is so bogged down with toxins that it is unable to step in and destroy the extra cells. This is how a mass forms.

We all have cancer. What matters is whether our bodies are working correctly to destroy diseased cells and to help us regenerate our cell into healthy ones. Technically, since our cells can heal and multiply into other healthy cells, that means that we have the ability to get healthier as time goes on as long as we continue to provide the proper environment for our bodies to thrive.

Cancer is defined as an abnormal growth of cells which tend to proliferate in an uncontrolled way and, in some cases, to metastasize. Cancer is not even a specific disease, there are over 100 types of cancer. The bottom line is that it is abnormal cells that begin to multiply.
